Chamber of Control of Georgia

On the 29th of October 2010 an An Agreement on Co-operation was signed between the Romanian Court of Accounts (the Supreme Audit Institution of Romania) and the Chamber of Control of Georgia.

The Agreement envisages the following principles:

• Exchange of experience in the field of improvement of audit methodology
• Cooperation in the field of staff training and enhancement of professional capacity of personnel
• Exchange of documentation and information on the activities of the two Supreme Audit Institutions
• Implementation of research projects and organization of audits in compliance with the legislation of Georgia and Romania

The above mentioned agreement will facilitate the development of the traditionally friendly relations and bilateral cooperation between the Romanian Court of Accounts and the Chamber of Control of Georgia, the objective of which is the exchange of knowledge, professional experience and best practices in the field of state finance resources audit.
